PRAISE the LORD!
Hello, Gary, et.el., and the YFC!
Hello, Band of Brothers!
Well, BoB, here we are.
“Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying:
“ Whom shall I send, And who will go for Us?”
Then I said, “Here am I! Send me.” (Isaiah 6:8)
Brothers, “Here am I” and it looks like YFC needs volunteers in many areas, including development of this web site. I’ll see what I can do!? OK? Also, I like to mow the lawn, so if that need is still unsatisfied and the sq footage does not exceed my equipment, I’ll probably volunteer for that opportunity to serve YFC.
Band of Brothers — How shall you serve the LORD?
Let us begin by filling one (even TWO!) tables at the next YFC Banquet (sp?) (I cannot write w/o SpellChecker).
So, I am done.
GOD Bless YFC!
Glory be to GOD!

Hi YFC Bloggers and Readers,
And Saints of the LORD!
“Pray in the Spirit at all times in every prayer and supplication. To that end keep alert and always persevere in supplication for all the saints.” (Eph 6:18, NRSV) [http://www.devotions.net/bible/00bible.htm]
Every day I pray on my knees; except lately my aged joints have prevented this physically demanding Spiritual discipline, so I sit on the bench in my ‘prayer closet’ and pray. Over the past ten (10) years or so, I have frequently, and sometimes extensivelly, prayed for the Hampstead and/or Mason-Dixon YFC ministry, and I have prayed how I might serve the LORD in partnership with the YFC.
When I pray, as much as my mind and heart will allow me to stay on task, I always pray in the Spirit. Eph 6:18 tells me to pray “in the Spirit” at all times. When I am alone in my prayer closet, praying ‘in the Spirit’ usually is easier than when I am praying at other times during the day, when I am more easily distracted by activities around me. Even now, as I blog to YFC, I am ‘in prayer’ and praying ‘in the Spirit’ as much as possible, but I am phyically distracted by not having SpellChecker attached to this window.
Since Tuesday (3/2) with the Band of Brothers and Gary YFC, I have been praying extensively for the YFC and for direction from the HOLY SPIRIT how I might serve OUR LORD ‘more better!?’ GOD is hearing my prayer and HE is rapidly guiding me to a possible turning point in my life, or in my lifetime goals, even in my current career.
Could I be called into ministry with the YFC? Please pray for me!
To be continued…
